These terms are an agreement between you and Pearnify Group Ltd, a company registered in Ghana (CS206581026). By using Pearnify you accept them.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give true details. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

Posting and taking work

Posters describe the work honestly and pay for it up front. Earners do the work they accept. Pearnify connects you; the work itself is agreed between the two of you.

Money

Payment for a job is held until the poster confirms the work, then paid to the earner's Mobile Money. If a job is cancelled, the money is returned as the app explains at the time. Pearnify may introduce a service fee; we will tell you before it applies.

Fair use

No illegal, unsafe or misleading work, no harassment, and no sharing contact details to take work outside Pearnify. We may remove posts or close accounts that break these rules.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Pearnify running and safe, but we cannot guarantee the work people do for each other. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ghanaian law.

Changes and law

We will tell you about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
